Yeah I know, just a little one today because I've just put my dreads in and my arms are a wreck. I don't want to hurt my elbows which are already unhappy, plus doing yoga with dreads in is a giant pain in the arse.
It was good, didn't use nearly as many modifications as last time and my new yoga mat is pretty helpful. Still in short hamstring hell, I should take some pictures for progress sake really.
