64. Fat Burner + Red Hot Core

Legs are way better with lunges! Flexibility is still shot but strength-wise they've improved really quickly which is nice.
Came off my knees briefly during 2 of the push ups and didn't instantly die, just struggled with my balance a little. Only just managed the 10 second one in RHC, flopped a bit towards the end.
I'm finding broken table way more challenging, I think because I'm trying to make sure my leg stays flat, it had a tendency to drop when I wasn't paying attention.
My back was fine! I'm being more careful with diamond cutters and thunderbolt and it didn't hurt once! Yaaaay! Hopefully once it's stronger/more flexible it'll be easier to bend without hurting it.
Still really crunchy around the spine and left hip area during scissor crunches and some other bits too, I think it just doesn't like up and down movements while lying on my back. I dunno whether to go to a doctor with it. Meh.
I'm starting to feel like I've made back a decent amount of the ground that I lost. Just don't fuck this up.

63. Below The Belt

Blargh. I think it is this one that hurts my back. I tried to be careful with it and it seems ok so far, it's just that goddamn thunderbolt!
Managed the push ups ok, the 10 second one was fine. Legs stood up (hah) well, sore but I think I only cave once. Broken aeroplane was actually not so bad, obviously my legs were still really bent. My flexibility is terrible, can't straighten my legs even one by one with my hand under my toes, and weirdly my right leg is slightly worse than my left. Still, did the road warrior three each time and it was ok.
Distinctly average all around, yay!

62. Fat Burner

There were a couple of Energys between then and now but I forgot to write them up because I was pretty disheartened.
Fat Burner was fine. Managed all of the push ups without death, even tried to come off my knees for a second in the last set.
I really love the figure four hip stretch, I've got horrible hips and it really helps.
What worries me is that my back muscles are pretty feeble, I guess push ups will kinda help with that? I'm trying to improve my posture and not slump at my desk but my back and neck are objecting.
Lower back was ok, still a little weird but I'm heavily modifying thunderbolt for nowwhich seems to help, plus taking it easy on the diamond cutters.

61. Diamond Dozen

And back to square one. Hooray. Not so bad, I did everything twice,  one demo and one real. Push ups I tried to come up off my knees and died so that's no good.
Everything else was equally rubbish. Ho hum.
