Today was pretty good. Push ups are getting slightly less difficult and my hamstrings feel longer. My heels still aren't on the floor in down dog and my attempt at a standing split is woeful.

My hips were much happier with crunches and my elbow doesn't hurt at all

Nothing is particularly aching today which makes me think I haven't done enough. Next time I'll try harder.
