Well this is awkward.

Ahem. So I kinda fumbled the blog thing. After a couple of months of yoga and dieting I dropped to what can only be described as dangerously underweight. The boyfriend and I have since spent some time contemplating our food shopping list and I have agreed to take it carefully, I'm back up to 8 and a half stone now so I've started again at the beginning.

Good grief, I am so unflexible. And back to being unable to do even one push up, which is depressing. I'm enjoying stretching more, and I added the Red Hot Core part because my stomach is one of the places I want to improve the most. It does make me worry about my hip joints, which are kind of crunchy but I'm hoping that improves with time. I'm keeping an eye on my elbow which is starting to hurt again, I think I'll invest in some kind of support come payday.

Hopefully this won't be the last blog of it's kind. I'll keep trying but I'm not going to beat myself up if I only manage two workouts a week or something. I don't want to be too skinny again, it makes me dizzy.
