Ugh, once again this workout kicked my arse. My poor feeble arms! They are now unspeakably painful and if this bath doesn't help I'm just going to cry. Still feeling ok about my increasing strength, still unable to do a full push up but there are three sets in this and normally by the last one I just lie on the floor gasping but I actually powered through this time. Broken table crunches are evil and once again my arms hate them. Legs don't care.
My thunderbolt is bad. Cannot squat and keep my heels on the ground, surprise! Still not on the floor in down dog, still nowhere near able to touch my toes. Stupid hips and hamstrings.
Stamina is improving which is nice.
I was going to add red hot core to this as well but then the boyfriend woke up and our living room is not big enough for two people if one of them is doing yoga.
