64. Fat Burner + Red Hot Core

Legs are way better with lunges! Flexibility is still shot but strength-wise they've improved really quickly which is nice.
Came off my knees briefly during 2 of the push ups and didn't instantly die, just struggled with my balance a little. Only just managed the 10 second one in RHC, flopped a bit towards the end.
I'm finding broken table way more challenging, I think because I'm trying to make sure my leg stays flat, it had a tendency to drop when I wasn't paying attention.
My back was fine! I'm being more careful with diamond cutters and thunderbolt and it didn't hurt once! Yaaaay! Hopefully once it's stronger/more flexible it'll be easier to bend without hurting it.
Still really crunchy around the spine and left hip area during scissor crunches and some other bits too, I think it just doesn't like up and down movements while lying on my back. I dunno whether to go to a doctor with it. Meh.
I'm starting to feel like I've made back a decent amount of the ground that I lost. Just don't fuck this up.
